Pardon Our Mess!

At the Don Harrington Discovery Center, you can make new discoveries every visit.  The atmosphere of the DHDC is always changing. The Discovery Center brings in new traveling exhibits several times each year to keep things fresh and keep you and your family learning, exploring and having a great time. This means that sometimes we have to close parts of our exhibit wings to tear down or install exhibits. This will be the case for the next few weeks before we open new exhibits on February 3rd. We still want to see you! KinderStudio and the Space Theater will always be open and accessible and we will do our best to make sure we can keep open as many areas as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your support.

COMING SOON: Wild Music - Sounds and Songs of Life. Whales compose, bullfrogs chorus, songbirds greet the dawn, and people everywhere sing and dance. What do we all have in common? Visitors of all ages will find out on Saturday, February 3rd, when Wild Music: Sounds & Songs of Life, a brand new, hands-on exhibit that explores sound and music in nature and in life, makes its debut at the Don Harrington Discovery Center.

Become a DHDC Member today and enjoy a special members-only area to enjoy coffee & donuts and explore Wild Music from 9:30 am- Noon. Members can bring their membership card by for a treat (while supplies last).
